Not going to go into details, but I've had a rough time lately and might be burning a couple bridges soon. It's really easy when you're debating these things to gaslight yourself and think that your own feelings are irrational or not important. I made the choice to unload a lot of stress on a good friend of mine that I trusted, and she immediately validated me and told me that I had every right to feel this way. It felt so good, it got me out of a depressive funk. Validation is so important, I have no idea how I got this far without realizing that.
